There is no easy way out. Only practice and more practice is what are required. When a person is building up their body they need four to five work outs per week, plus some extra walking. After while it intensifies, with one hour of walking every morning, six body building work outs per week, and one hour on the bike after every training session. Malin is resting after an intense work out at the Delta Gym in Stockholm.
