With the tiny face of an old soul, four year old
Memunatu Mansaray bears witness to the atrocities inflicted on society's most
innocent at a House Subcommitte on Africa hearing on Capitol Hill in
Washington DC where the group of amputees from Sierra Leone's civil war gave
testimony about their ordeals. People broke down in tears at the sight of
such brutality.
