Linda at Sandy's house after she 'shot up' Meth and
Dulidid one after the other. She calls this 'speedball'. (the Meth makes you
be awake, and the Dulidid, a pain killer brings you 'down') Linda (40) has
been a Meth addict for several years. She is on the run from the police, and
is facing a three year sentence. She has been more than 15 times in jail
since she started using Meth, and three of her four children are in foster
care (She was arrested recently after someone tipped off the police on her
whereabouts, and will be in prison for three years. She told us she will not
run when the police find her, because being in jail is the only way for her
to stop taking drugs..) Meth users can stay awake for many days at a time,
and sometimes weeks. Linda told us, that her record is 28 days without
sleepingƒ
