Kafela Kedire (CQ), age 2, suckles his father's nipple at the Morocho

Ethiopia. The father's name is Kedire Haji. Kedire said he allows his son to
suckle bringing him comfort, but no milk. Kafela is malnourished, like other
children here he is highly susceptible to skin infection, pneumonia, and
malaria. Kedire's wife-the mother of the child died two months earlier
