Loved ones mourn the death of Nazmi Harmankaya, 35,
while standing over his grave moments after the burial at a cemetery in
Istanbul. Harmankaya, a security guard at the British Consulate, was one of
the 27 victims killed in dual car bombings within minutes of each other, at
the British Consulate and at HSBC Bank in downtown Istanbul. Al Qaeda has
allegedly claimed the attacks, which also injured more than 400 people, and
Foreign Minister Gul has announced that arrests have been made in Turkey.
