Nesrim Harmankaya (C), 30, mourns the death of her
husband alongside her sister-in-law, Nilgun Camlibel (2nd L), 35, at their
home in Istanbul. Harmankaya's husband, a security guard at the British
Consulate, was one of the 27 victims killed in dual car bombings within
minutes of each other, at the British Consulate and at HSBC Bank in downtown
Istanbul. Al Qaeda has allegedly claimed the attacks, which also injured more
than 400 people, and Foreign Minister Gul has announced that arrests have
been made in Turkey.
