Miguelina Rodriguez, 18, has been working the streets
of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, as a prostitute since she was 12
years-old. She is not HIV-positive because she says she uses a condom every
time, thanks to the outreach of groups that educate the commercial sex
workers.
