Brother Petrus Toppo gives an IV to a very sick man
brought into the Missionaries of Charity hospital in Cite Soleil by his
family. In many situations like this in Haiti, the doctors or nurses don't
tell the patients they are HIV positive for fear they will give up on life.
The brothers at the Missionaries of Charity hospital try to keep the people
that come in alive but because of a lack of basic medical care in Haiti,
their hospital acts instead as a hospice.
