At the Cyril Ross Nursery, a home for AIDS orphans in
Trinidad, "mommy" Donna Toppin spends some loving time with 5
year-old Kevon Williams. The home, the only one of its kind in Trinidad,
takes care of children who are HIV positive and have lost their parents to
the disease. The children are encouraged to call the women that work at the
home "mommy" so that they will have positive, loving parental
figures in their lives.
