"MAKING ENDS MEET" Patricia Martinez's trailer is hot and cramped but at least she is saving $350 a month by not renting an apartment. The tiny trailer has no air conditioning so she spends her days outside, with son Anthony, 1, to escape the heat while husband Wilson is at work and her other son, Winston, 5, is at school.
