"EVICTED" Yomarie Vega ponders her next move after being evicted from her apartment for not paying rent- a move she made to protest substandard housing. A neighbor reads her eviction papers. Her husband, George Feliciano, is on the phone in a futile effort to get the help an attorney. Feliciano admits, "I know it's illegal not to pay the rent. But it's the only weapon we poor people have."
