"BROKEN PROMISES: THE PINE RIDGE INDIAN RESERVATION"
Louie Brings Plenty walks into the Badlands to pray overlooking the Stronghold. Louie is the whip carrier for a Lakota Tokala society, a traditional Warrior Society. He is also a member of NYM, teh Native Youth Movement. He carries sweet grass to burn and sings his prayers on a sharp pinacle.
