Abdul Whazir and his brother Jawad Whazir come from the Rocha district of Panjshir. Snow and the cold wether doesn’t disturb either horse or rider. On the contrary, the horses could not withstand the harsh tension if it was too hot, and many of the riders wearing only thin tank tops under their costumes.
