Fenwick High School disabled swimmer Mary Kate Callahan waits to compete in the first ever athletes with disabilities event at the IHSA Girls Swimming State Final meet at Evanston High School in Evanston on Saturday, November 17, 2012. Callahan swam in all four inaugural events — the 50-yard, 100-yard and 200-yard freestyle and the 100-yard breaststroke, finishing with a first , a second and two third place finishes.
