"CIRCO EL SALVADOR"
In rural areas of El Salvador nomadic families travel to small towns and remote outposts with their own unique type of circus. These circuses are far from the big productions that we are used to in the West. They are more akin to gypsy street theatre come burlesque cabaret of days gone by. the circuses consist of a family of four to six people who not only perform, but set-up and construct the tent, assemble makeshift stands, do their own makeup and even make their own costumes.
