"A CRY FOR THE TIGER"
Smart Patrol Rangers on patrol in Hua Kha Khaeng Wildlife Sanctuary, Thailand. This new protection force for wildlife receives training from the military and police to combat the lucrative black market trade in tigers and other endangered wildlife for traditional Chinese medicine. Patrols have been quite successful in stemming the trade flowing towards the Myanmar and Chinese borders, and because of that success, they are being expanded throughout the rest of Thailand and South Asia. |
