Faith walkers, from different Christian congregations in the city, walk down an empty street in Chester as a smoke stack from the local trash incinerator emits fumes in the background. Every fourth Saturday of the month the prayer walkers traverse the entire 11 miles around the city of Chester, blessing the city and praying to help turn the tide on the plague of violence.
