In East Cleveland there are streets in which every home is boarded up and abandon after foreclosure and eviction. Junkies, drug dealers, squatters and the homeless are known to inhabit these buildings and the area has become extremely dangerous. Some residents refer to it as "Mad Max" and claim that anything can be purchased here: children, drugs, women.

Murder is also very common in this district.
