A family sleeps in their car after arriving in the early morning hours, hoping to be among those admitted on the final day of the clinic. Because of the high volume of people in search of free medical care, hundreds arrive the night before each day of the clinic, sleeping in the parking lot outside of the fairgrounds gate. Some who have spent the entire day waiting at the clinic, have to spend the night again because they were not able to be seen before it closed down for the day.
