Abubakarr is a former patient at the The Sierra Leone Psychiatric Hospital. He is now in treatment by a local medicine man that the Psychiatric Hospital often recommends to families of mental patients. The treatment consists of secret words that are whispered in the ears and Abubakarr has to drink a foul smelling herbal solution which is also poured over his head. Over time, this treatment is supposed over get rid of the devil that has taken possession inside Abubakarr.
