"Congo in Limbo - Government troops. "
Kpandroma, Ituri, DRC, June 2007. As the FARDC (Armed
Forces of the Democratic Republic of Congo) soldiers are being paid very
little (20$ per month) or not at all, they always plunder the population
already weakened by years of war. Currently, 80% of the exactions made in
Ituri are made by soldiers of the regular army.
