Once used as ambulance this old Zuk has been left
here for decades. Political analists say that the ex-communist regime did not
give sufficient financial support to the national health service, and after
communism fall in 1989 yet not any significant changes were made in
rethinking the structure of national health care system which is part of the
reason why it is facing a rather serious crisis today. 2007/09
