The inside wall of Lewis Brower's garage is
decorated with drawings he made of all the animals that are part of his and
his family's livelyhood. Brower works as a station manager at the Barrow
Arctic Science Consortium but still relies, as does much of the community, on
the natural bounty of the sea and land for subsistence.
