In the poor neighborhood of Ciudad Juarez, Carlos
Carnizale, 9, points a toy gun at a border patrol truck parked right on the
other side of the fence in New Mexico, United States. His brother, Victor,
11 is using binoculars to get a closer look at the agent. The sight of the
border patrol is so common for these children that they amuse themselves by
imitating them.
