A human femur with a section removed for DNA analysis
is stored in the morgue run by the ICMP (Internationl Comission on Missing
Persons) and the PIP (Podrinja Identification Project) and counterparts in
the Bosnian Government in Tuzla.
Hundresds of bodies and personal
items have been recovered by the ICMP and other investigative agencies from
the graves of men executed after Serb forces overran the Muslim enclave of
Srebrenica in July 1995.
