Sgt. Lowell Woodman inspect the undercarriage of an all terrain vehicle in a
sand pit off the Summerhaven Road in Manchester. The teenage operator of the
vehicle was critically injured after being thrown off. The police officers
rolled the ATV over to inspect it.
