A member of Al Aksa Martyr's Brigade is followed by a boy during a patrol through the streets of Jabalya refugee camp, Gaza Strip. The three major groups, Hamas, Islamic Jihad and Al Aksa Martyr's Brigade are reportedly coordinating in preparation for defence of the Gaza Strip in the event of an Israeli invasion.
