Abu Mjahd, 27, a field operative and explosives expert in Al Aksa Martyr's Brigade sets a Koran infront of some of the items he has made: a missile with a range of 7-9km, an NRG which can be launched from an automatic rifle and a hand grenade. Mjahd is not particularly religious, but the Koran is something all fighters carry with them. Arrested several times by the Israelis, and formerly an officer of the Palestinian Authority, this soft spoken, intelligent man sees militant action as the only method through which Palestinians will achieve a state given the current circumstances and Sharon's occupation of West Bank cities.
