Shooting up in the window of her hotel, a flophouse on Main St. in Willimantic, Jessica is given a "free" bag of Heroin by the hotel's best dealers to keep her in their grasp. She shoots in the window of the fourth floor bathroom because it provide light, and makes it easier to find a vein. She vowed she wouldn't go back to heroin after john died of it, but she shot up within an hour of coming back from his memorial service.
