Known for its small town Fourth of July parade, Willimantic brings thousands to Main St. for the annual event. Since they live on Main St. and can get some from food and candy, John and Jessica blithely float down Main St. and are shot with water guns by a local family. It was one of the hottest days of the year, and the last healthy day for John.
