A man involved with organizing a food distribution threatened to hit women trying to crowd in the door without tickets at Amani High School in Kabul. People had waited several hours behind locked gates in the cold for one gallon of cooking oil. Foreign aid is trickling in to the war-torn country, but it is not nearly enough to take care of the tens of thousands of people who are cold and hungry.
