November 6, 2002 - Golden - Joyce Woodley
and fellow election workers sort through write in ballots at the Jefferson
County, Colorado, Justice Center. After write in ballots are tabulated,
election officials will begin tallying the provisional ballots, which
may sway the count for the close 7th Congressional race.
