"Balloons" Colorful balloons with a traveling vendor in sharp contrast with the dusty and ruined city of Kabul. With the Taliban just retreated from the city, many people are slowly beginning to bring their lives back to normal again as children are allowed again to enjoy kites and other items banned by the Taliban.
