"Watch for Falling Trees" Marsha Hopkins gets help from Bob Trebil, a security officer with Providence Health Care after a tree fell onto Hopkins' car while she waited in traffic Friday afternoon along Lilly Road. Hopkins, who was hit with flying glass but otherwise unhurt, said she saw pieces of bark falling onto the southbound lanes as she waited at a red light in the northbound lanes at 12th Avenue. "You always look up to see what's going on, and then I saw the tree coming down," Hopkins said. "There were cars in front of me and cars behind me. I just thought, 'What am I going to do?'." The tree, which fell from the Providence St. Peter Hospital campus, was quickly cut up and cleared away to open the road.
