"Hurricane Harvey Floods Houston"
Hurricane Harvey evacuee, Bernice Emerge, 81, cries during a worship service at the Woodlands Church emergency shelter in Houston, Texas. Ms. Emerge was emotional after being rescued from her flooded home and was among some 200-people seeking refuge at the church. Hurricane Harvey, a category 4 storm, pummeled Houston, Texas. Reservoirs overflowed and highways became waterways. Much of Harvey's damage came from massive rainfall.
