East Timorese President Xanana Gusmao speaks to protesters who have come to the capitol city to try and oust Prime Minister Alkatiri. East Timor, one of the world's youngest nations descended into chaos as rival gangs took over the capitol city of Dili torching homes, battling with each other for control in a effort to oust the Prime Minister.
