"Orgie following the big rain "
This species only mates once or twice each year-
unsually following the first big rain after the dry season. This event will
cause thousands of frogs to decent from teh canopy and accumulate in ponds
that serve as breeding grounds - an impressive frog orgie is the result andf
when shooting it, I had mating frogs falling onto me and my camera. La Selva,
Costa Rica.
