A young Parkour's adept is balancing on a city lamp.
Le Parkour, in other words Free Running, an
underground sport discipline which is spreading rapidly its popularity along
the cities around the world. Le Parkour is treated by those who practice it
(also called Traceurs) more as a kind of art than a casual kind of sport. The
art of unimpeded movement in complicated urbanized areas and also the art; to
get from point a to b as quickly as possible regardless of the obstacles
(taken from military techniques of fast moving). The young people focus
mainly on improving the techniques of surmount a given urban object. Although
there is a list of the basic tricks, the urban surrounding encourage to
invent new ones. Paradoxically though this kind of sport is regarded as
highly dangerous and treated as an extreme one; people who practice it hardly
ever get injury; because one of the rules is: don't do anything for which you
are not ready for. Although Le Parkour has been practiced by young people all
over the world for a long period of time only recently it gain popularity
especially after premiere of some action movies. The story has been taken in
Poland.
