Uninhibited by the rain the Franklin Bowls Club, the
oldest in Southern Tasmania, and Hobart's Rosny Park Club play a division
five match of 'Bowls'. Bowls is one of the most popular sports for the
elderly with many towns having clubs and grounds. The game of bowls is
indicative of the Anglosaxon heritage of the country.
