"Glamis Dunes"
On holiday weekends visitors gather at Glamis Dunes
from all over the western U.S. and Mexico to race dune bikes, buggies, and
other 4-wheel drive vehicles. The highlight of his event is jumping buggies
from one sand dune to another at distances exceeding 100 feet.
