17-year-old Bombele from Kalemie in the Democratic
Republic of Conge returns home to his sister and a niece he has never seen
before. Bombele is a former child soldier and has fought for three separate
armed groups. His story is only one of many child soldiers in the region.
Bombele was a commander for a group that terrorised local villages only a few
hundred kilometres from Kalemie.
