A man who ran without apparent provocation at the
sight of the police car. He continued to run even after Officer Griffith
clearly told him to stop. He was tackled, cuffed and searched. If he had
been carrying a weapon or drug, he apparently ditched them as he ran. His
name was run on the computer, he was warned and released.
