Preparing backstage for a drag queen show. AIDS first entered this small nation through the gay community over 10 years ago but has since crossed over to heterosexuals and IV drug users. The homosexual community has nearly controlled the spread of HIV within gay society with safe sex practices, but AIDS is spreading quickly throughout general society due to high levels of males who travel for sex in Thailand, as well as with increasing visits to the sex island of Batam, Indonesia, only 30 minutes away by boat.
