"Waiting and Waiting" Trying not to wrinkle her dress, Keiyanah Kenya Magee sits in a hotel broiler room for more than an hour as she waits to be presented as a debutante with the Young Men of Illinois Club. The social club selects its debs from girls with low-income backgrounds who apply for the honor.
