A relative prepares the body of eight-month-old Madina for burial in a roadside cemetery in the village of Deh Khuidiadad outside side of Kabul. She died of pneumonia when her family, refugees from the Shimali area, couldn't afford to buy the antibiotics she needed to live. The infant mortality rate in Afghanistan is one of the highest in the world.
