"COAL DISTRIBUTION" Thousands of people waited in line for several hours to receive four bags of coal at a Red Cross distribution in the Chalilsoton Srakanow neighborhood of Kabul, Afghanistan. For many, coal is the only means they have for keeping their family warm in the bitter cold winter temperatures.
