"Descent into Alzheimer's"
John Madison was a dirt farmer. All his life he toiled out under the hot sun, sowing his fields to yield enough crops for his family of 6. He labored until he was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's when he was 50 years old. He slowly lost his facilities over the next 17 years and died in the winter of 2002. A few months prior, John makes an attempt to eat his favorite dinner, pork and beans, but cannot quite manage.
