Dozen of Baluchi and Bugti widows queue up to receive a government subsidized payment of 1,000 Rupees at the Sibi post office, Sibi, Pakistan. The rights of women in Pakistan are extremely limited, especially in rural towns such as Sibi. In mid 2002 a women was gang raped in Multan for her brother being seen walking with his girlfriend, a town only 3 hours away by train.
