"Schooled in fear"
Second graders in the town of Shchuchye, Russia, learn about their next-door neighbor: one of the world's largest chemical weapons depots, two million shells and warheads loaded with choking agents and nerve gas. Few Families in town have gas masks, so if there's an accident the children are taught to cover their faces with scarves.
