San Francisco, July 2002. Casey Dove commutes to work early in the morning. Riding the same bus on September 11th 2001, she learned of the tragedies of that day. Her former neighbor, close family friend, and "stand-in mom" was among the flight attendants aboard the aircraft that was crashed into the Pentagon.
